3 April, 20194 steps to overcome depression and feel complete
Hey good morning to everyone; I’m Rosemarie from Yoga Rose NAMAHA… I want to share the steps to follow when we feel depressed or “the victim”:
The first step to follow when we are in this state is Thankfulness: be grateful for being alive, say thanks for one more day, say thanks for having a bed to sleep on, thanks for everything… say thanks for having a home, for having food, because we can walk, because we can see, feel, sing, say thanks… thanks for everything! That is the first step.
The second step: To forgive. We forgive everyone that made us any harm, because they fell asleep. but who did not fall asleep once? Being honest, we forgive because we ourselves have fallen asleep before. And after we have forgiven EVERYONE, our mom, our parents, or siblings.. everyone that has harmed us in some way because they fell asleep, then we can forgive outselves for not doing our best; for our ignorance.. and then that forgiveness frees us. When I walk with guilt, I walk like this (crunches) worried, distressed.. but when I free from my guilt, I walk like THIS! (Opens up her arms)
Then it is our… ¿What is our choice? ¿To walk distressed or to walk happy?
The third step… 1st be grateful, (2nd) to forgive .. third step is to realize that we are ONE. That we are one: What I do to my brother, I do to myself. Whatever I give away, I give to myself. What I don’t give, I take it away from me; so then we need to share and realize that we are one.. then our lives starts changing; envy disappears, jealousy disappears. The “grr-rr” disappears and we are more calm and we enjoy our.. our brother’s success… and we WISH him success. His success is ours… we heal, then we are all healed! ¿Want to work in our children? Then we shall work on ourselves because we are ONE.
And the fourth step is: tell me where to go, what to do, what to talk and with who. A superior being. I am NOT taking decisions… if I take decisions I get into trouble.. then I do things that are mandated from above. I am following a path, a path that guides me. My Dharma, my guide, what I came here to do.. the laws of nature.
Then, THIS for me is the mantra: Tell me where to go, what to do, what to talk and with who.
And we only need to follow the mandate. These four steps have helped me complete myself… NAMASTE.
